Diamond views-4

Diamond views 4 is one of the many projects by diamond developers. It is located in Jumeirah village circle. The building is bit old but however its location is very good as its right in front of the park which is ideal for families and kids, there are plenty of schools and restaurants near by. over all its a very budget economical building in rent and sale price comparison to a lot of newer buildings in JVC.

Utterly garbage security team, have no control over the area whatsoever, allowing cars to completely park and block the entrance to the building, and when asked about it simply and profoundly say i don’t care i already warned them? i mean have they even been trained in hospitality or even slight respect? garbage management, disappointing from a well known developer…

Someone stole my parcel in the building and I am disappointed that there are no cameras at all to find the culprit nor did anyone in the reception help me out or gave me any information on what should I do, they only said it is what it is we can’t help and they won’t even check the recordings. This is the building’s responsibility to ensure security and I would appreciate if they take responsibility for it and help me out.

The worst building in JVC, VERRRRY BAD MAINTENANCE and MANAGEMENT.Noisy all the time, smelly ....I dont recommend anyone to rent / buy (I know its cheap but its not good at all) in any of Diamond views in JVC.I wish its fine to share just a video of the situation at the pool ...

If u looking for quiet place for living, Dont choose Diamond views 4, kids streaming and planning football from 8 am till 9pm around pool area. Plus broken fire system, siglalization every day several times

I’ve been living here since two years. Facility management company has the worst service. If there is a leak coming form above apartment they are asking money, just to come and have a look.

Near to the Mall, Mosque and Park. Good facilities available including swimming pool and Gym. Library and entertainment room are closed due to Covid 19.

Very Noisy community kids are playing all the time 24 hours per day around the pool and fire alarm is so bad

The area is good but the buildings require a lot of good maintenance

The good thing this community just front of JVC park and circle mall
